Our goal is to make sure you love your new home furnishings! If you’re not completely HAPPY with what you’ve bought, we are here for you. We offer worry free returns, and we’ll never charge you a restocking fee! Simply notify us within 30 days of receiving your purchase, and we’ll help you return your desired item(s). We’ll even help you find the perfect replacement if you’d like.
To complete the return, all you need to do is contact our support team and send the item back to us in its original packaging. If you order a different item of equal or greater value, we will take care of the return shipping cost! It’s that simple! All we ask is that the item makes it back to us in its original shape.
Our policy is simple:
- We simply ask that you notify us of your return request within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Make any return in the original packaging: Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.
Damage during shipping:
All shipping damage for items delivered in-home must be noted at the time of delivery. Items delivered curbside or by parcel service must be reported within 24 hours.
If you see any damage whatsoever to the outside carton or packaging:
- Please make sure to notate it on the delivery form
- If you feel the item may be damaged, you may ask the driver to wait while you inspect the item.
- If you are not comfortable with the condition of the item, you may refuse the delivery altogether and we will immediately send out a replacement shipment.
- If you are planning on storing items prior to installation, it is very important that they are carefully inspected before storage to report any possible damage within 24 hours.
Returned products will be inspected within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within seven days. We can only apply refunds to the original form of payment.
All Clearance, Discounted and items in our store are Final Sale and are non-returnable. Any damage or defect issues must be noted at time of delivery.
Our goal is to make sure you are HAPPY with your purchase and we want to make your experience with us a pleasurable one. If you’re not happy for any reason, we will make it right. We do this because we would want this if we were in your position.
We’re proud that our furniture is crafted with the highest quality control standards using the finest materials, with every detail carefully considered. We stand behind the quality of all our products, so you can buy directly from us with confidence. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipping. B-Modern, at its discretion, will provide replacement parts immediately or ship a replacement to you. Please note that warranties are not transferable and do not extend to re-sold items. For warranty to be in effect, products must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal wear and tear, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty. Salt water damage is not covered in any circumstances. In the first few months sun fading may occur on hardwood veneers, this is entirely normal. Stains and physical damage are not covered.
